Websites, online stores & plugins

Website and online store development.

A website needs to explain your offer. An online store also needs to help customers choose, order and pay. Yindle designs and builds that journey with WooCommerce, Shopify or MedusaJS, including the product data and integrations your team needs to process the order.

Our websites, online stores and four plugins have been running in live projects for months.

Cost and delivery time
Price and delivery time depend on the systems, features and setup. You receive a proposal in advance with a defined first delivery, price and schedule. Build or setup costs, any usage fees, maintenance and support are listed separately.

Three platforms. An informed choice.

The platform follows your product range, team and ambitions.

We look at product options, sales channels, integrations and management. The costs of apps, hosting and maintenance also count. You do not need to migrate if your existing platform still fits.

What we do for you

A new online store. Or first fix what is holding you back.

01

Design & build

A clear website and buying experience: navigation, product pages, mobile usability, accessibility and a checkout customers understand. A business website without an online store is also possible.

02

Plugins & apps

Focused features for sharing shopping baskets, configurable product bundles or collection, for example. We first check what the platform and existing extensions already solve.

03

Migration & integrations

Carefully transfer product data, customers and relevant order history. With a redirect plan, test orders and clear agreements on ERP, stock and logistics.

04

Maintenance & improvement

Keep checking updates, speed and the main ordering journeys. We measure where customers get stuck and make targeted improvements to product selection, checkout and order processing.

From your online store to the rest of your business

A good online store also simplifies the work behind the scenes.

At ForaVida, our experience includes WooCommerce, AFAS and route planning. We understand the order button as well as the data and exceptions that follow.

Connect & Desk

Connect links online orders to business administration and planning. ForaVida's team uses Desk to handle customer enquiries and orders.

These solutions are optional. We can also build and maintain your website independently, or deliver it ready to hand over.

What needs to work before launch?

Assess a new website or online store against real tasks. Choose the journeys that matter to your customers and team in advance. Use the checks below to make acceptance specific; required features and test scenarios are agreed for each project.

01

Find your offer

Can a new visitor on mobile find the right product or service, understand the terms and contact you?

02

Place an order

Test your product types, quantities, discounts, payment methods and delivery or collection choices. Include a failed payment and an incomplete address.

03

Transfer the data

Does a test order reach the agreed system with recognisable item references and the correct quantities? Define who handles a missing item or a rejected transfer.

04

Keep existing visitors on track

For a migration, list important existing URLs and their new destinations. Check redirects, forms and ordering journeys before the old address disappears.

05

Manage the site after launch

Decide who manages products and copy, what guidance they need and who applies updates. Agree how to test a change and who helps when something fails.

Starting with existing software? Use our page inventory for a redesign or explore the WooCommerce–AFAS integration for order transfer.

Plugins, apps & modules

Four plugins already working in practice.

These four plugins have been running in live projects for months. They simplify checkout, in-person payments, joint ordering and product configuration.

Before we start

Clear choices before the first build step.

Do you also build websites without an online store?

Yes. We also build business websites and product landing pages, with a clear structure, suitable management and a technical SEO foundation. E-commerce is our specialism, not a compulsory part of every website.

Do we need to switch platforms?

No. We first look at your current online store, product range and bottlenecks. A better product page, focused plugin or integration may be enough. We only develop a migration proposal if the platform is genuinely limiting you.

Can the same plugins run on all three platforms?

Not directly. WooCommerce uses plugins, Shopify uses apps and extension points, and MedusaJS uses modules, workflows and its own storefront. We can address the same customer need, but assess the architecture, checkout options and payment integrations for each platform. Parts of the checkout may require a Shopify Plus subscription.

How do I request a plugin or app?

Find our ready-made WooCommerce plugins in the product catalogue, met functies, compatibiliteit, prijzen en licenties. Zoek je een andere uitbreiding of een aanpassing voor WooCommerce, Shopify of MedusaJS? Discuss your store with us.

What does a website or online store cost?

That depends on the design, catalogue, migration, checkout and integrations. We provide a proposal with a defined scope and set out recurring hosting, platform, app and maintenance costs separately. You can also start with one specific improvement.

Do we also have to buy Connect or Portal?

No. The website or plugin can be delivered independently. If you later want to automate orders or give customers their own environment, we can decide together which addition fits.

What would you like to improve about your website or online store?

Send us your website, platform and main bottleneck. We will discuss whether design, a plugin, an integration or a new build is the logical first step.
