About Yindle
The team behind your integration.
Yindle builds and connects the software behind your online store. You bring us in to keep data flowing, automate recurring work or build software that fits the way you work.
We start with your team's work: what do you enter twice, where does information get lost and which decisions need a person? We then decide together what the first useful improvement will be.

How we work
Understand first. Then build.
We map out the systems, manual work and exceptions. Then we build and test one complete workflow before expanding.
Meet YindleYour question
Where does the work get stuck?
We discuss your systems, the data needed and who makes the decision when something differs from the expected process.
A clear proposal
Know what you get and what you pay.
You receive a proposal for the first workflow, with the price, schedule and arrangements for use, maintenance and support.
A working first version
Test what can go right and wrong.
We agree the delivery date in advance. The timeline depends on the integrations, access to your systems and testing with your team.
After delivery
Manage, expand or hand over.
We agree who helps, how recovery works and how the solution can grow.
Maintenance and incidents
Know in advance who can help when an order gets stuck.
An integration also raises the question of who spots and resolves exceptions. We define who manages processing, how you report an incident and which availability and follow-up arrangements suit your organisation.
Discuss management and supportWhat happens if data is missing?
The affected processing remains identifiable, so it is clear which order needs attention. We investigate the cause and agree who corrects the missing data. Processing can then be checked again.
Is maintenance included in the build?
Setup, use, maintenance and support are listed separately in the proposal. You know which work is covered by the agreement and when an extension is a separate commission.
Can our own team take over management?
We can deliver code, configuration and documentation ready to hand over. We agree the division of responsibilities between your team, Yindle and the suppliers of the connected systems in advance.
How can I contact Yindle?
Send your question to [email protected]. If you are already a customer, use the incident contact route in your management agreement and specify the affected system and its impact on your work.
Start with your question
Where does your team get stuck?
Your first enquiry does not need to be a technical brief. Tell us which systems you use and where work gets stuck. Together we discuss what is possible and which step you can take next.
