Integrations

Connect your online store to the systems behind it.

Prevent staff from entering the same order in several places. Yindle builds and manages integrations around your orders, business administration and operations.

Start with your systems and order process.

An integration is only useful when it is clear which data is transferred, which system is the source and what happens if a transfer fails.

01

WooCommerce and AFAS

A specific connection for online orders and business administration, with agreements about data returned and exceptions. Connect WooCommerce to AFAS.

02

AFAS as part of your e-commerce process

Assess which data is available, which permissions are needed and how business administration connects to sales and operations. Explore AFAS integrations.

Yindle Connect handles the transfer.

Yindle Connect receives data, checks required fields, translates system rules and makes processing traceable. You can see where an order has arrived and which step needs attention.

For work that a team member needs to review, Yindle Desk provides the operational workspace. We agree which tasks and data it will contain for your process.

How this works at ForaVida

For ForaVida, we implemented an integration connecting WooCommerce, AFAS and route planning. Order data is checked, mapped and processed for each destination. A failed transfer remains traceable for investigation and reprocessing.

The ForaVida case study: WooCommerce, AFAS and route planning shows how Connect handles data exchange and how ForaVida uses Desk in production for customer enquiries and exceptions.

Need to connect another system?

Feasibility depends on the available API, webhook or reliable import and export. We check in advance which data is accessible, what limits the supplier imposes and how much custom development is needed.

A system name in your setup does not yet mean a working integration. Bring the data flow you need to the conversation, for example: paid online orders into business administration and delivery status back to the customer.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to replace our existing software?

That is usually not the starting point. We first investigate whether your current systems can reliably receive and supply the required data.

Is every integration available as standard?

The scope varies by system and setup. We document what can be reused and which fields, process rules or exceptions need to be developed for your organisation.

Who monitors the integration after launch?

Yindle can provide monitoring, maintenance and extensions. We document responsibilities, alerts and the approach to incidents in the management agreements.
